We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne, Victoria.

PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and aren't guaranteed.

PACKAGING
All orders are packed securely and discreetly. Sealed product is protected for transit; singles and slabs are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers.

PRESALE & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Presale items ship on or shortly after the product's release date, which is stated in the listing. If your order contains both in-stock and presale items, the whole order ships together once the presale item is released unless you contact us to split it (additional postage applies).

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
All orders are sent with tracking. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us at Card.District@senna23.pro and we'll help lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once an item has been dispatched.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We're not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
