TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the Card District website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRODUCTS
We sell trading card products including sealed product, single cards, and graded cards. Trading card packs contain randomised contents; we make no representation about which specific cards any sealed product contains. Product images are representative; sealed product is supplied as manufactured.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We may update prices and product availability at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or full refund.

ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. We may cancel and fully refund orders where we suspect fraud, reseller bot activity, pricing errors, or stock is unavailable.

PRESALES
Presale items are charged at the time of order and ship on release. Release dates are set by the manufacturer/distributor and may change; if a presale is cancelled by the supplier, you'll receive a full refund.

PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Product names, logos, and card images are the property of their respective owners. Card District is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, or any other manufacturer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. This does not limit any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
